If your company has a support plan with ITbuilder, there are three ways you can request help:
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the issue. The more information, the better!
This will automatically create a new support ticket on our helpdesk system, and will be picked up by the first available engineer.
You can now create a new ticket using our new helpdesk portal at http://support.itbuilder.co.uk.
Sign up using your work email address to track the status, and add notes to new and existing tickets. Don't worry - you'll still get email notifications as usual! If you prefer not to create an account, no problem - you can still submit a ticket using the button at the top of this page.
If you prefer to speak to a person, give us a call on 03333 440 980, and select Option 1 for Support.
We'll aim to deal with the issue there and then, but if it's a more complex issue we may need to investigate. Either way, a ticket will be created so you can keep track of the engineer's progress on your request.
